Role Purpose
Lead and oversee security operations and facility safety at the hotel property, protecting guests, employees, and assets while ensuring compliance with local regulations and company brand standards. Deliver memorable guest experiences through exceptional hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development
- Recruit, train, supervise, and mentor security team members.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide professional development opportunities.
- Recognize achievements to build a motivated and high-performing team.
Security Operations
- Implement security protocols to protect guests, employees, and property.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company brand standards.
Property Safety & Patrols
- Oversee security patrols and identify potential risks.
- Take proactive measures to address safety and security concerns.
Investigations & Documentation
- Assist in conducting investigations related to accidents, thefts, property loss, and policy violations.
- Ensure proper documentation and follow-up of investigations.
- Review and maintain security reports, incident records, and compliance documentation.
Emergency Response
- Manage on-site emergency responses, including fires, medical incidents, and safety hazards.
- Coordinate with appropriate teams during emergency situations.
Law Enforcement & External Liaison
- Maintain communication with local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies on security-related matters.
Hotel Operations
- Act as duty manager as needed to support hotel operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and hotel standards as part of the leadership team.
