Role Purpose

Support the Planning function by developing accurate financial, sales, and inventory forecasts across multiple channels and markets to optimize sales and profitability aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Financial & Business Planning

• Develop and maintain annual business plans by market and business unit, supporting financial forecasting and performance targets
• Prepare weekly warehouse sales and stock intake reports for Clothing & Home, Food, and Total Business categories
• Support seasonal and annual sales and financial planning initiatives

Merchandising & Operations

• Execute markdown management strategies aligned with business objectives to optimize sales and profitability
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Allocation, Retail, and Supply Chain teams to ensure plan alignment and precision execution

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience in retail planning, merchandising, or business analysis

Skills & Competencies

• Strong proficiency with financial planning tools, inventory management systems, and data analysis
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
