Role Purpose

Support the overall Food & Beverage operation of the resort to maximize guest satisfaction, team member performance and business results.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Satisfaction & Service Standards

• Promote and ensure guest satisfaction through all interactions.
• Deliver prompt, courteous service in accordance with brand and Food & Beverage standards.
• Maintain the highest quality products being served.

Operations & Safety

• Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment.
• Achieve operational excellence through attention to detail.

Team Leadership & Development

• Develop and maintain a strong team environment.
• Handle daily team member relations.
• Encourage problem solving by team members through proper training and empowerment.

Qualifications & Experience

• College diploma in Hotel Management or related field.
• Previous experience in Food & Beverage or Restaurant operation.
