Role Purpose
To drive the buying and merchandising strategy for the Accessories category, ensuring product selection, pricing, and inventory decisions align with market demand, brand positioning, and profitability targets.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Category Management
- Lead accessories category buying strategy and product selection aligned with consumer trends and brand positioning.
- Establish and manage supplier relationships and negotiations to secure optimal pricing and terms.
- Monitor category performance against targets and market conditions.
Operations & Execution
- Optimize inventory levels and product mix to maximize sell-through and minimize markdowns.
- Manage product lifecycle from development through clearance across the omnichannel platform.
- Coordinate with merchandising and retail teams to ensure effective product placement and stock allocation.
