Role Purpose

Source and close new business volumes for the SME Asset Team while managing an existing portfolio of Secured Business Investment Loans (SSBL), Loan Against Property (LAP), and Loan to Real Estate Developers (LRD) products.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Source new business volumes through various sales activities for SME Asset Team.
• Execute end-to-end sales process including self-closure of transactions.
• Self-source new loan applications.
• Source new clients.

Portfolio Management

• Manage existing portfolio.
