Role Overview

Assistant Manager - Projects | Asset Development | Real Estate with Al Futtaim, a leading diversified regional business established in the 1930s. This role supports the Project Delivery function within the real estate and asset development division.

Role Purpose

Plan, execute, and deliver projects while ensuring they meet agreed scope, schedule, cost, and quality standards across the real estate and asset development division.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Scope Definition

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals.
• Develop comprehensive project plans covering timelines, resources, dependencies, and risk management strategies.

Team Leadership & Execution

• Lead cross-functional project teams to ensure successful on-time delivery within agreed scope and budget parameters.

Monitoring & Risk Management

• Monitor project progress, manage dependencies, identify risks and issues, and implement timely resolutions to maintain project momentum.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Coordinate stakeholder engagement, manage expectations, and maintain effective communication across all project phases.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven project management experience with demonstrated ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong leadership and cross-functional team coordination skills with experience managing diverse stakeholder groups.
• Proficiency in project planning tools, risk management methodologies, and project governance frameworks.
