Role Overview

Assistant Manager - Engineering Solutions - BIM at Qiddiya Investment Company. The role is responsible for developing, implementing, and supporting solution architecture components for development business systems, including Design, Engineering, BIM, GIS, Digital Twin, and related development platforms.

Role Purpose

Ensure business and technology requirements are translated into scalable, interoperable, and reliable technical solutions that support efficient project delivery and operational consistency across development systems.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Design

• Develop solution architecture designs, technical specifications, and integration models aligned with enterprise standards.
• Translate business and functional requirements into scalable and implementable technical solutions.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, interface specifications, and solution artifacts.

Implementation & Deployment

• Execute solution implementation activities including configuration, deployment, testing, migration, and go-live support.
• Support systems integration and ensure reliable interoperability and data flow across platforms.
• Validate implemented solutions against approved architecture, governance, and compliance standards.

Coordination & Support

• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve technical and integration issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support operational readiness and handover activities.

Performance & Enhancement

• Monitor system performance, support enhancement initiatives, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Maintain awareness of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices relevant to development systems and enterprise platforms.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in solution architecture, systems implementation, and systems integration.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Experience working with Design, Engineering, BIM, GIS, Digital Twin, or related development business systems preferred.
• Experience within large-scale organizations, smart cities, giga-projects, real estate, engineering, or entertainment industries is preferred.
• Previous experience with consulting firms or enterprise technology delivery environments is advantageous.
• Relevant certifications in enterprise applications, BIM, GIS, Digital Twin, cloud platforms, or solution architecture are preferred.
