Role Purpose
Ensure all aspects of housekeeping and laundry meet the hotel's reputation for delivering genuinely memorable experiences to guests, working alongside the Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Team Management
- Manage, coach, and develop a team dedicated to exceptional housekeeping and laundry standards.
- Assist your team during busy periods.
Guest Service
- Handle complaints and special requests to keep every guest happy.
Quality Assurance
- Check that public areas, rooms, suites, equipment, and linen exceed guest expectations.
- Assist with deep cleaning projects.
Compliance & Safety
- Educate all team members on the importance of remaining compliant with federal, state, and local laws and safety standards.
Operations
- Maintain inventory levels, prepare budgets, and drive productivity.
Qualifications & Experience
- High school diploma, secondary education, or equivalent.
- Minimum one year of housekeeping experience, including some supervisory training or experience.
- Must be able to speak local language(s).
