Key Responsibilities

Operations & Service Excellence

• Assist in overseeing operations of the Food & Beverage department, focusing on guest service excellence and product quality.
• Manage inventory control, outlet reservations, and systems management.

Financial Performance

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to ensure sound financial management of the F&B department.

Guest Satisfaction & Experience

• Lead the development and implementation of guest satisfaction strategies.
• Monitor satisfaction trends and gather guest feedback.
• Drive continuous improvements to elevate the guest experience.

Revenue & Marketing

• Collaborate with the F&B Director and Culinary team to develop and implement creative menus.
• Develop and implement effective food and beverage marketing strategies.

Team Leadership & Development

• Drive engagement and retention through performance management.
• Deliver professional development and recognition programs.
• Cultivate a high-performing team.

Compliance & Safety

• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Maintain compliance with alcohol awareness regulations.
