Key Responsibilities

Strategic Initiatives

• Assist in driving innovative event strategies and continuously refining processes to deliver high-quality, best-in-class experiences.

Event Operations

• Assist in leading event operations, ensuring strong and consistent engagement with internal stakeholders, team members, guests, and suppliers.
• Apply industry expertise and best practices to event delivery.
• Stay current on event trends and industry developments.
• Represent Hilton in professional associations.

Sales Support

• Assist with the sales process and participate in client site inspections to drive event business growth.
• Ensure that all event solutions align with Hilton's standards.

Financial Management

• Assist with overseeing budgets, forecasting, and cost reporting.
• Optimize staffing, space usage, and resource allocation.

Team Leadership & Culture
