Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Delivery Coordination & Planning

• Coordinate delivery schedules and optimize delivery routes.
• Ensure that deliveries are made on time and in full.

Operations & Performance Management

• Monitor delivery performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Implement strategies to enhance delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery operations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field.
• Previous experience in delivery management.
