Role Overview

Assembler position at Weatherford UAE. The role is based in the United Arab Emirates and is restricted to UAE National candidates.

Role Purpose

As an Assembler, you will ensure the highest quality standards and drive operational excellence by assembling equipment according to engineered specifications and maintaining rigorous quality control throughout the production process.

Key Responsibilities

Assembly & Production

• Assemble equipment according to engineered drawings and established procedures, ensuring accuracy and functionality.
• Operate various equipment and machinery required for the assembly process.

Quality & Inspection

• Inspect completed components for quality and compliance with specifications.
• Commit to producing high-quality work with strong attention to detail.

Workplace Management

• Maintain an organized and clean work area, ensuring proper maintenance of company-supplied tools.
• Adhere to all safety regulations, company policies, and quality management systems.

Continuous Improvement & Collaboration

• Contribute to the development and improvement of assembly procedures, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals.

Qualifications & Experience

• High School or Diploma.
• Fresh graduate.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent mechanical aptitude and ability to read and comprehend technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Effective verbal communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation.
