Role Purpose

Lead the design team to develop and execute comprehensive visual concepts and brand identity materials across multinational marketing campaigns, packaging, point-of-sale materials, and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Team Management

• Manage the design team to ensure timely completion of artwork requests.

Brand & Visual Identity

• Develop key visual concepts and execute multinational marketing campaign materials.
• Create the visual identity for the brand through logo development.

Product & Packaging Design

• Craft and visualize product packaging from concept to completion.

Marketing Collateral & Campaigns

• Generate concepts for campaign booths and product stands.
• Develop and visualize POSM designs for below-the-line and above-the-line marketing campaigns.
• Assist with the design of online banners and social media posts.

Category Management Support

• Provide assistance in category management by creating visual representations of planograms.
