Role Overview

Area Manager – Specialty Coffee at Burjline Builders, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Role Purpose

Oversee the operations of multiple specialty coffee stores in a designated area, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality products and services while developing store managers and driving sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Compliance

• Oversee the operations of multiple specialty coffee stores in the designated area.
• Monitor and analyze store performance through regular visits and audits.
• Manage inventory and ensure proper stock levels at all times.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Identify and address any operational issues in a timely manner.

Leadership & Development

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality products and services.
• Train and mentor store managers on effective management techniques and company policies.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to store managers.
• Participate in the recruitment and selection of store managers and other staff.

Strategy & Growth

• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in specialty coffee industry, preferably in a managerial role.
• Proven track record in managing multiple stores and achieving business objectives.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and point of sale systems.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic.
