Role Purpose

To manage administrative office activities across assigned store locations, enforce company policies and standard operating protocols, train management teams, investigate operational discrepancies, and develop procedures that enhance consistency and reduce business risk.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Compliance

• Monitor administrative office activities across all assigned locations and enforce adherence to company policies, procedures, and standard operating protocols.
• Oversee stock takes and physical inventory counts, ensuring compliance with established procedures and assisting with root cause analysis.

Training & Development

• Train store management teams on operating systems and administrative processes to minimize errors and operational discrepancies.

Investigations & Reporting

• Conduct investigations into till discrepancies and inventory variances, preparing reports for senior management.

Process Improvement

• Develop, implement, and refine store procedures and policies to enhance operational consistency and reduce business risk.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience in retail or store operations management with a focus on administrative oversight.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, financial controls, and compliance procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to train staff and manage multiple locations simultaneously.
