Role Overview
Area Maintenance Foreman at KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS). The role ensures daily maintenance activities across mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and rotating equipment at a Petrochemical plant are executed by the Contractor in full compliance with safety, environment and quality standards to maintain asset availability, reliability and operational continuity.

Role Purpose
Guarantee that all corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance activities at the Petrochemical plant are performed to Company standards while ensuring safety, environmental and quality compliance, asset reliability and uninterrupted operations.
Key Responsibilities
Maintenance Execution
- Execute all maintenance jobs assigned to the Contractor related to mechanical, electrical and instrumentation work at the Petrochemical plant in accordance with Company standard.
Reporting & Planning Support
- Conduct regular reporting in the CMMS system regarding maintenance execution at the plant.
- Provide required support to the planning and scheduling supervisor.
- Prepare weekly reports and present findings in Maintenance meetings.
Reliability & Analysis
- Support the Company reliability department for bad actor analysis.
Personnel Development & Safety
- Review and enhance personnel knowledge through job-specific training by coordinating with the Head of HR.
- Ensure strict adherence to and follow-up of all safety requirements during job execution.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 15 years' experience in Oil & Gas maintenance with High School diploma, OR
- Minimum 10 years' experience in Oil & Gas maintenance with Diploma qualification, OR
- Minimum 7 years' experience in Oil & Gas maintenance with Bachelor Degree.
- Good knowledge of refining equipment and team piloting of maintenance contracts.
- Good knowledge of safety rules.
