Role Overview

Architectural Inspector at WSP in the Middle East, based in Dubai, UAE.

Role Purpose

Ensure architectural works on high-profile construction projects are executed to the highest standards through regular site inspection, compliance monitoring, and coordination with all project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Inspection & Compliance

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with architectural drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Identify and report non-conformities and ensure corrective actions are implemented.

Monitoring & Reporting

• Monitor and report on progress, workmanship, and safety.
• Maintain detailed records of inspections and site activities.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural site supervision.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture is mandatory.
• Familiarity with UAE building codes and regulations is a plus.
• Knowledge of interior design is a plus.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and finishing standards.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
