Role Purpose

Deliver memorable guest experiences by preparing and serving traditional Arabic coffee with genuine hospitality, maintaining impeccable presentation standards, and ensuring the coffee service station operates smoothly throughout service periods.

Key Responsibilities

Service Delivery

• Prepare and serve traditional Arabic coffee according to established quality and presentation standards.
• Welcome guests with genuine hospitality and provide attentive, personalized Arabic coffee service.

Maintenance & Operations

• Ensure coffee pots, cups, trays, and service areas are clean, polished, and properly arranged at all times.
• Monitor and restock coffee, dates, cups, napkins, and other service items as required.
• Keep the Arabic coffee station and surrounding service areas clean, organized, and ready for service throughout the day.
