Role Overview

Al Ain Talent Pool is a hiring initiative by First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) designed to gather and screen CVs of candidates ready to join full-time roles in Al Ain. There is no specific job title attached, as placement and final responsibilities will depend on the department and position matched to your background, skills, and interests.

Role Purpose

This initiative supports Emirati talent by creating a pipeline to match qualified applicants with suitable openings across several departments within FAB in Al Ain.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Coordination

• Support daily operations within assigned departments
• Assist teams with administrative and coordination tasks
• Contribute to department projects and initiatives

Professional Development & Collaboration

• Participate in on-the-job training and development activities
• Work collaboratively to support organizational goals

Qualifications & Experience

• UAE National with a Family Book
• Al Ain citizen (resident of Al Ain specifically)
• Minimum education: High School certificate or University degree
• All majors and academic backgrounds welcome
• Unemployed and actively seeking employment
• With or without prior work experience
