Role Purpose
The Airport Representative welcomes guests at the airport and serves as the first point of contact, assisting with arrivals and departures, coordinating transportation, and ensuring a smooth transfer experience between the airport and the property while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Services & Welcome
- Meet and greet guests at the airport upon arrival.
- Assist guests with luggage and transportation arrangements.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures when required.
- Provide information about the property and local area.
- Ensure a warm welcome experience for all guests.
- Handle guest inquiries professionally.
Transportation Coordination
- Coordinate with the hotel's front office or transportation team regarding guest arrival and departure times.
- Ensure accurate and timely guest pick-up and drop-off services.
- Coordinate with drivers, travel agents, and other service providers for smooth airport transfers.
- Maintain up-to-date flight information and communicate any changes or delays to concerned departments.
Record Keeping & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of guest arrivals, departures, and transportation requests.
- Handle guest complaints or issues professionally and report them promptly to management.
Brand Representation
- Represent the company and hotel brand positively at all times.
Qualifications & Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality Management is preferred.
- 1β2 years of experience in a similar role in hospitality, tourism, or the airline industry.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Customer-service oriented.
- Professional appearance.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.
- Knowledge of airport protocols and local transportation services.
