Role Purpose

You will support AI training and evaluation projects by applying detailed judgment informed by local cultural context, language expertise, and real-world standards. Your work ensures high-quality results across diverse task types that improve AI model outputs and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

Content Generation & Evaluation

• Generate original content or assess AI-generated outputs depending on task requirements.
• Evaluate prompts and AI-generated outputs across diverse task types.
• Review and correct text, analyze multimedia content, and contribute voice recordings.

Quality Assessment

• Apply careful judgment to accuracy, clarity, cultural appropriateness, brand alignment, and overall effectiveness in meeting task objectives.
• Deliver culturally relevant and appropriate content by applying local insight into tone, symbolism, visual cues, and market fit.
• Spot common issues such as visual artefacts, inconsistent style, translation errors, or cultural mismatches.

Documentation & Collaboration

• Provide concise, structured annotations that can be used directly for model improvement.
• Apply evaluation guidelines consistently and participate in calibration and QA processes to ensure aligned scoring and judgment standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Native fluency in Arabic.
• Strong command of English.
• Experience as AI reviewer, annotator, or evaluator preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed guidelines consistently and provide clear feedback.
• High attention to detail and ability to thoroughly and accurately categorize content.

Skills & Competencies

• Comfortable working with both textual and audio/video materials.
• Strong analytical skills and nuanced judgment informed by real-world standards, local norms, and market expectations.

Additional Information

Contract Terms

• Independent contractor (1099) position with flexible, self-directed schedule.
• No fixed hours, check-ins, or micromanaging.
• Work availability fluctuates with project demand; better suited as supplemental income stream rather than primary income source.
• Most tasks require minimum of 2 hours per day or 10 hours per week.
• Hours are not guaranteed and not ideal as full-time employment.

Contractor Responsibilities

• Requires reliable availability and commitment to quality work and on-time delivery once tasks are accepted.
• Unpredictable schedules may not be suitable for this role.
