Manage critical systems operations across the service and parts network, serving as the technical backbone of aftersales operations to ensure seamless service delivery and revenue-driving transactions across all branches.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Support & Issue Resolution

• Resolve live system issues reported through the service desk and provide frontline technical support to branch teams.
• Identify recurring system issues and process inefficiencies, implementing improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Data & Systems Management

• Manage and maintain master data, pricing structures, service packages, and parts catalogs to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Operations Optimization

• Oversee appointment scheduling, technician allocations, and workshop job card processing to eliminate operational bottlenecks.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience in systems support, MIS operations, or IT service management within a service or automotive environment.
• Supervisory experience or demonstrated ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and branch operations.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of service management systems, parts management, and transaction processing.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Ability to communicate solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
