Role Purpose

Manage procurement operations to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies while maintaining accurate records, supplier relationships, and compliance with company policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement Operations

• Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, including supplier information, order details, and inventory levels.
• Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and coordinating with project teams.

Supplier Management

• Communicate with suppliers to confirm order status and resolve any issues related to delivery or quality.
• Assist with the evaluation and selection of suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery performance.

Compliance & Governance

• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, legal regulations, and project requirements.
