AE - Business Analyst

Role Overview

Business Analyst at Group AMANA. The role sits within the Innovation Division and supports AMANA's innovation agenda through analysis of construction processes, building systems, assembly methods, construction technologies, and digital solutions.

Role Purpose

Support AMANA's innovation agenda by analyzing construction processes, physical building systems, assembly methods, and construction technologies to inform product-led and manufacturing-informed construction initiatives, while evaluating digital solutions and translating business needs into clear technology adoption requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Analysis & Insights

• Assist in the analysis of construction processes, physical building systems, and assembly methods.
• Evaluate construction technologies and digital solutions.
• Gather insights and document findings from site operations, engineering, design, manufacturing, and supply chain partners.
• Apply Manufacturing Experience (MX) principles including prototyping, testing, iteration, and standardization.

Product & Systems Development

• Contribute to the development of physical products, construction systems, and build methodologies.
• Support improvement initiatives that translate construction realities into better-informed systems.
• Develop repeatable solutions and scalable construction approaches.

Technology & Vendor Management

• Translate internal business needs into clear requirements for technology adoption.
• Bridge technology vendors and startups with internal stakeholders.
• Ensure selected solutions are relevant, practical, and aligned with AMANA's operational realities.
• Support informed technology adoption decisions.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with site operations, engineering, design, manufacturing, and supply chain partners.
• Partner with senior team members to guide learning and development activities.
