Role Overview
Advisory Manager at moomoo, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a foundational hire reporting to the CEO, responsible for leading, designing, and scaling the organization's licensed advisory business line in the Kingdom.

Role Purpose
To establish and scale a compliant, high-performing advisory function that structures client portfolio frameworks, oversees suitability models, and builds a certified advisory team while ensuring total compliance with Saudi market conduct and client protection rules.
Key Responsibilities
Advisory Governance & Suitability
- Design and oversee client risk-profiling and suitability assessment frameworks prior to issuing any advice.
- Structure diversified asset allocation strategies and model portfolios, ensuring all guidance aligns with client risk boundaries.
- Review and approve all advisory disclosure statements, fee structures, and conflict-of-interest logs.
- Partner closely with Compliance and Risk teams to maintain a zero-breach environment across all advisory activities.
Business & Team Scaling
- Recruit, train, and manage a lean team of certified investment advisors as the business grows.
- Work with regional product teams to localize the application's advisory, wealth tools, and market insight features for Saudi users.
- Manage relationships with premium and High-Net-Worth (HNW) platform investors, providing macro market insights.
- Act as the technical point of contact for the advisory business line during routine CMA inspections and audits.
Qualifications & Experience
- 7β10 years of relevant experience in Advisory and Capital Markets.
- 5+ years of people management experience.
- CME-1 and CME-4 Certificate.
- Prior experience at an asset management firm, wealth management platform, or investment bank (institutional coverage) strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of advisory policies, procedures, KYC, suitability frameworks, and internal controls.
- Must meet the CMA's fit-and-proper requirements.
Skills & Competencies
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Deep structural understanding of local and international investment markets.
- Prior experience or strong comfort working within an app-based brokerage or advisory environment (fintech mindset).
