Role Purpose

Lead comprehensive safety, health, and environmental programs across the project portfolio within the construction supervision team.

Key Responsibilities

Policy & Compliance

• Develop, implement, and maintain safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures that comply with UAE regulations and international best practices

Risk Assessment & Mitigation

• Conduct comprehensive hazard assessments and risk analyses on construction sites to identify potential dangers and recommend effective mitigation strategies

Stakeholder Engagement

• Partner with project managers, site supervisors, and workers to ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws and organizational safety standards

Culture & Leadership

• Foster a culture of safety and environmental responsibility across all project teams and operations

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience in safety, health, and environmental management within construction or infrastructure projects
• In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws, international safety standards, and environmental regulations

Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans
