Role Purpose
Provide strategic administrative support to members of the Dubai team, acting as a gatekeeper to professionals and maintaining relationships with clients, investors, prospective clients, and internal colleagues while managing calendars, travel, correspondence, and operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder Management & Communications
- Act as gatekeeper to professionals of the Dubai-coverage team and maintain relationships with clients, investors, prospective clients, and internal colleagues.
- Provide back-up to other administrative assistants as required.
- Cover multiple phone lines and communicate with clients as requested.
- Send and reply to emails on behalf of professionals; draft other correspondence.
Operations & Coordination
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, coordinate with other assistants, and confirm meetings with clients and internal colleagues.
- Arrange travel and reservations for professionals including flights, cars, and hotels, exercising good judgement with respect to timing and cost; assist with client travel as required.
- Support in organising roadshows for the business.
- Handle confidential documents and correspondence as required, including some personal administration.
Data & Administration
- Undertake data entry in all applicable databases with strong attention to detail and integrity of data.
- Proactively seek to learn and understand the business to better assist professionals and clients.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in financial services, law firms, or private equity funds.
- Previous experience in supporting teams and organising roadshows.

- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure; problem solve and make adjustments as needed.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Professional presence, positive demeanour, and strong interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity, sound judgement, and strong work ethic.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Salesforce experience a plus.
- Fluency in English required; proficiency in Arabic desired.
