Role Purpose

Support the planning, execution, and optimization of customer campaigns, promotional initiatives, growth activations, and events while contributing to organic growth and marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Planning and Execution

• Support the planning and execution of customer campaigns, promotional initiatives, and growth activations.
• Help develop campaign messaging, email communications, event invitations, and supporting creative assets in collaboration with the Growth and Marketing teams.

Events and Activations

• Help set up and coordinate virtual and in-person events, including webinars, community events, customer sessions, and other activations.
• Assist with event logistics, communications, attendee materials, run-of-show documents, and follow-up activities.

Organic Growth

• Support organic growth activities across SEO and AEO, helping with keyword and content research, on-page optimization, and ongoing best practices research to support the wider organic program.

Research and Analysis

• Conduct research on relevant event, partnership, community, and campaign opportunities.
• Organize learnings and feedback after activations.
