Role Overview
Account Receivable Specialist (Construction β UAE) at econstruct, based in the United Arab Emirates.

The firm operates 7 offices worldwide and is fast-growing. e.construct designs structures including bridges, high-rise buildings, commercial facilities, precast concrete engineering, and post-tensioning design. The firm is multi-disciplinary with divisions in structural, MEP, Geotechnical, and emerging construction technology such as 3D printing of concrete and 3D laser scanning. Role Purpose
Oversee the full cycle of receivables for construction projects, ensuring timely billing, accurate documentation, and strong client follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
Billing & Documentation
- Manage timely billing for construction projects.
- Ensure accurate documentation across the receivables cycle.
Client Management
- Execute strong client follow-up on outstanding receivables.
- Coordinate with clients on billing and payment matters.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate with project teams on receivables matters.
- Coordinate with finance teams on receivables processing.
Qualifications & Experience
- Solid knowledge of construction contracts, including Local Purchase Orders (LPOs), subcontract agreements, and variation orders.
- Experience dealing with consultants and main contractors in the UAE.
