Role Purpose

Maintain accurate financial records and manage accounts receivable operations to support the hotel's financial integrity and operational efficiency while delivering exceptional guest experiences aligned with Six Senses values.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Receivable & Financial Processing

• Process invoices, vouchers, and financial transactions with accuracy.
• Maintain accurate Accounts Receivable records.
• Reconcile Accounts Receivable balances.
• Prepare invoices, statements, and financial reports.

Inventory & Procurement Oversight

• Maintain accurate records of stock transactions, receiving, storage, and inventory control.
• Monitor purchasing, receiving, and supplier practices to ensure quality and cost efficiency.

Compliance & Operations

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and confidentiality requirements.
• Handle daily operational issues.
• Attend required training.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar qualification.
• Professional accounting body certification.
• Minimum one year's experience in a hotel accounting role.
• Proven results in a luxury hotel environment.

Skills & Competencies

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office and Outlook platforms.
• Materials Control (MC) system operation.
• 10-key calculator operation and calculation capability.
• Familiarity with hotel systems including POS, PMS, and CRM platforms.
• Fluent in Arabic; English language preferred.
