Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

• Lead a team of associates to ensure operational tasks and procedures are successful.

Store Operations

• Oversee opening and closing routines to ensure completion.
• Maintain adherence to policies and procedures.

Customer Experience

• Keep the customer at the center of everything you do.

Training & Development

• Conduct training and development of team members.

Sales Floor Supervision

• Supervise the sales floor and store presentation.

Asset Protection

• Manage asset protection responsibilities.

Communication

• Facilitate communication across the team and organization.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 1 year experience as Supervisor or Manager.
