Role Purpose

The Brand Representative provides exceptional customer service by anticipating and responding to customer needs in a warm, approachable manner. They demonstrate genuine communication skills, maintain strong store presentation, and drive sales through relatable, confident, and highly social behaviors on the sales floor.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience & Sales Floor

• Anticipate and respond to customer needs with genuine, articulate communication.
• Initiate conversations and connect with customers, ensuring they remain the first priority.
• Demonstrate relatable, confident, and highly social behaviors on the sales floor to close sales.
• Remain approachable and warm while maintaining keen awareness of the store environment.

Store Presentation

• Maintain store presentation and sales floor standards.

Asset Protection

• Contribute to asset protection and shrink prevention.
