Role Purpose

Support digital transformation projects and dealer digital product initiatives by providing hands-on experience with digital technologies, business process improvement, project management, and data-driven decision making. The intern will develop foundational skills through exposure to cross-functional collaboration with business, technical, and dealer stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Transformation & Project Support

• Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital transformation projects.
• Help track project milestones, risks, action items, and stakeholder communications.
• Assist with reporting, dashboards, project documentation, and executive presentations.

Deployment & Adoption

• Assist in the deployment and adoption of dealer digital products and applications.
• Collaborate with regional teams, dealers, and business partners to support ongoing digital initiatives.

Validation & Testing

• Support validation activities, testing, and business process reviews for digital solutions.

Analysis & Optimization

• Analyze business and operational data to identify opportunities for process improvement and enhanced customer experiences.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts that drive operational efficiency and customer success.

Qualifications & Experience

• Recent graduate with a completed bachelor's degree with up to two years of professional experience.
• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Available for a full-time 12-month internship.
• Willing and able to travel.

Work Arrangement
