Role Overview
Senior Planner at Archirodon Group N.V, a position based in the United Arab Emirates on one of the company's newly awarded projects.

Role Purpose
To prepare and maintain contract baseline and revised schedules across all phases of EPC projects, coordinate planning and progress monitoring with project teams, and ensure adherence to approved plans while communicating deviations and delays to project management.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule Development & Maintenance
- Prepare Contract Baseline Schedule and/or Revised Schedules in coordination with the Project Team for Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning phases of the EPC Project.
- Review project schedule updates prepared by the planner and coordinate with different project teams to maintain proper progress recording and monitoring.
- Participate in periodic project meetings to elaborate the project's schedule and progress status, record suggested changes and deviations from the plan, and advise on effects to the overall schedule.
Planning & Control Implementation
- Assist the Lead Planner at project start in the preparation of all reports and/or registers to assure implementation of Control of Planning & Scheduling, Progress Measurement and Reporting procedures.
Progress Monitoring & Reporting
- Liaise and coordinate with different project teams to maintain proper progress recording and monitoring of the project schedule.
- Liaise and assist the Project Controls Manager in preparing weekly and monthly reports, budget preparation and maintaining proper project planning records.
Delay Analysis & Claims
- In coordination and consultation with the Project Controls Manager, highlight to Project Management any deviation and/or delays from the approved plan.
- Participate in coordination with the Project Controls Manager in the preparation of claims and extension of time using the appropriate delay analysis method.
General Duties
- Perform any other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience
- University degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years relevant experience in the construction industry at similar level, with involvement in Engineering and Procurement phases.
- Experience in EPC Projects above US$ 100M with ADNOC or equivalent, with direct involvement in Engineering and Procurement is essential.
- Previous employment with leading EPC contractors is highly preferable.
