Young Policy Leaders Program at Whiteshield. This is a 6 months+ immersive experience for students pursuing careers in public policy, economics, strategy consulting, or private equity analysis.

Role Purpose
The Young Policy Leaders Program develops the next generation of public policy and economist professionals, strategy consultants, and private equity analysts. Participants are immersed in key projects and work alongside the firm's global network to deepen public policy knowledge and capabilities during their studies.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery
- Contribute to key client projects under the guidance of senior advisors.
- Deliver innovative insights and effective public policy solutions.
Learning & Development
- Develop public policy knowledge and capabilities through hands-on experience.
- Learn from Whiteshield's global network of leading international experts.
Qualifications & Experience
- Currently working towards a degree in Management, Economics, Public Policy, International Relations, International Business, Strategy, Mathematics, Development Studies, or Business Administration.
- Previous consulting experience gained through a project, firm, or business environment is preferred.
