Role Purpose

Serve as a Hospitality Ambassador on the front line of guest interactions, delivering prompt and courteous service in food and beverage outlets. You are a key influencing factor in guest satisfaction and responsible for ensuring guests are delighted by the quality of service and comfort provided.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Service

• Provide prompt and courteous service delivery to all guests.
• Ensure guests are delighted by the quality of service and comfort in food and beverage outlets.
• Maintain complete knowledge of menus, beverages, services, and facilities provided by the resort.
• Uphold the privacy rights of guests.

Operations

• Work as a team within all departments.
• Ensure timely and efficient operation of food and beverage outlets.
• Ensure a safe and hygienic work area.

Professional Development

• Continuously develop professional skills to further increase guest satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience

• High School diploma.
• Previous experience in Food & Beverage or Restaurant operations.
