Deliver memorable food and beverage service experiences that embody hospitality by attending to guest needs with warmth, efficiency, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Service

• Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions and proactively look for ways to make their meal experience special.

Menu Knowledge

• Learn the details of all menu items, promotions, and specials so you can help guests and answer their questions with confidence.

Order & Delivery

• Take food and beverage orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system.
• Deliver completed orders promptly with attention to detail.

Station Management

• Maintain the food service station in a fully stocked, clean, and organized state at all times.

Compliance & Safety

• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
• Ensure the highest standards of guest and team member well-being.
