Role Overview

Waitress at Apparel Group. The role prepares the dining hall before service and maintains it clean, organized and fresh, in addition to serving clients.

Role Purpose

Prepare and maintain the dining hall in a clean and organized state before and during service while assisting with food service and client care under the guidance of the captain waiter.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Service Preparation

• Assist in restaurant cleaning in the morning.
• Clean all service utensils before each service.
• Help captain waiter with restaurant setup.
• Help captain waiter with mise en place preparation.

Hygiene & Appearance

• Keep appearance clean and maintain a high hygiene level.

Service Delivery

• Transport food from kitchen to dining hall.
• Assist captain waiter with placing food plates on client tables.
• Change ashtrays and fill glasses with water during service.

Post-Service & Cleaning

• Clear tables after meals are finished and clean them.
• Transport all dirty plates and glasses to the dishwashing area.

General Operations

• Work under the guidance of captain waiter and follow instructions.
