Role Overview

Waiter at Apparel Group. The position involves preparing the dining hall before service, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and serving clients.

Role Purpose

Prepare the dining hall before service and maintain it clean, organized, and fresh while supporting food and beverage service to clients.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Service Preparation

• Assist in restaurant cleaning in the morning.
• Clean all service utensils before each service.
• Help captain waiter in restaurant setup.
• Help captain waiter in mise en place preparation.

Hygiene and Appearance

• Keep personal appearance clean and well-groomed.
• Maintain a high hygiene level at all times.

Service Delivery

• Transport food from kitchen to dining hall.
• Assist captain waiter in placing food plates on client tables.
• Change ashtrays and fill glasses with water during service.

Post-Service and Cleaning

• Clear tables after meals are completed.
• Clean tables after clearing.
• Transport all dirty plates and glasses to the dishwashing area.

General Operations

• Work under the guidance of captain waiter.
• Follow captain waiter's instructions.
