Role Purpose

Enhance visual storytelling efforts in the real estate sector by capturing and producing captivating video content that highlights properties and elevates the brand in the competitive real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

Content Production

• Produce high-quality videos for property listings, company events, and marketing campaigns that resonate with potential clients.
• Edit raw footage into polished final products, incorporating music, voiceovers, graphics, and other effects as needed.

Creative Collaboration

• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to brainstorm creative concepts and develop engaging video content.

Technical Operations

• Set up and operate camera equipment and lighting to ensure optimal video quality.

Innovation & Development

• Research and implement the latest trends in videography and maximize production techniques.

Qualifications & Experience

• At least 2 years of experience as a Videographer, preferably in real estate or a related field.
• A portfolio showcasing previous videography work is required.
• Experience with drone videography is a plus.

Skills & Competencies

• Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of videography principles, including composition, lighting techniques, and sound editing.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating creativity and strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
