Role Overview

Vice President, Market Intelligence at ADNOC, reporting to the Senior Vice President, Group Commercial & ICV & Industrial Development. This role leads ADNOC's Market Intelligence function, delivering data-driven insights, analytics, and category intelligence to support strategic procurement and business decisions across Projects, Drilling, and Operations.

Role Purpose

Lead ADNOC's Market Intelligence function to deliver data-driven insights, analytics, and category intelligence that support strategic procurement and business decisions across the organization's key operational domains.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Development

  • Lead the development and execution of ADNOC's Market Intelligence strategy, roadmap, and functional capability to support high-value and business-critical categories.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders across Procurement, Commercial, Finance, Legal, IT, Group Companies, and external partners to shape category strategies and identify opportunities.

Operations & Analytics

  • Direct supply market research, data management, knowledge management, analytics solutions, and management reporting to enable informed decision making.
  • Oversee market risk assessment, cost optimization, pricing intelligence, and supplier market insights.

Leadership & Development

  • Manage team development while promoting innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Drive performance and deliver outcomes in a dynamic and evolving business environment.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or an equivalent discipline.
  • Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in procurement, market intelligence, supply chain, analytics, technology enablement, or business applications, preferably within Oil & Gas.
  • Proven ability to lead market intelligence, category management, procurement analysis, cost modelling, and strategic sourcing support for complex business-critical categories.
