Role Overview

Sales Assistant – Full Time at NWM Consulting FMR LLC. German-speaking position supporting strategy consultants in daily operations, client qualification, and event coordination.

Role Purpose

Provide reliable administrative and operational support to strategy consultants, ensuring smooth daily workflows, structured client qualification, appointment management, and event coordination while maintaining clear processes and documented responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Qualification

• Conduct telephone outreach to prospects for structured pre-qualification.
• Support strategy consultants in daily client-facing activities including follow-up, documentation, and organization.

Appointment & Meeting Management

• Plan and coordinate appointments according to established processes.
• Prepare and follow up on consulting meetings.

Event Support

• Participate in trade fairs and events.
• Organize event logistics and manage attendee lists.
• Complete post-event follow-up and documentation.

Skills & Competencies

• German language proficiency (native or fluent).
• Strong organizational and planning abilities.
• Telephone communication and prospect interaction skills.
• Documentation and data management competency.
• Reliability and attention to detail.
