Role Overview

Vehicle Operations Support – Autonomous Vehicles at Burjline Builders. The role coordinates and manages day-to-day operational requirements of an autonomous vehicle fleet, supporting vehicle availability, maintenance, repairs, energy/fueling, and operational supplies while ensuring consistent adherence to vehicle management procedures.

Role Purpose

Support the efficient day-to-day management of the autonomous vehicle fleet by coordinating operational activities, maintaining vehicle readiness, and ensuring all procedures and records are consistently managed across the assigned operational area.

Key Responsibilities

Vehicle Coordination & Operations

• Coordinate and manage vehicle-related operational activities within the assigned city or operational area.
• Ensure vehicles are operationally ready and available when required.
• Support the efficient day-to-day management of the autonomous vehicle fleet.

Maintenance & Servicing

• Coordinate routine vehicle maintenance and servicing requirements.
• Support vehicle repair activities and follow up on completion.
• Maintain accurate records relating to vehicle maintenance and operational activities.

Energy & Supplies Management

• Coordinate vehicle fueling, charging, or other energy requirements.
• Procure and coordinate vehicle operational supplies and materials.

Procedures & Standards

• Implement and maintain vehicle management procedures in accordance with established standards.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Liaise with internal teams and external service providers where required.

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience in fleet operations, automotive operations, vehicle coordination, transportation, or similar environment preferred.
• Good understanding of vehicle maintenance and servicing processes.
• UAE automotive or fleet experience advantageous.
• Valid UAE driving licence preferred.

• Good communication and record-keeping skills.
