Role Overview

Valuer (Outsource) at ADIB in Dubai.

Role Purpose

Carry out inspections, draft and write reports under supervision, conduct market research, and produce high-standard Valuation Reports, Market Studies, and Feasibility Studies while delivering excellent customer service to existing clients and maximizing business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Valuations, Market Study and Feasibility Study

• Draft reports under supervision.
• Ensure high standard of report output.
• Ensure turnaround times are met for all respective cases.
• Demonstrate full knowledge of RICS/IVSC standards.
• Apply knowledge of the three methods of valuation.
• Maintain strong knowledge of property market, including economic drivers, supply and demand.

Customer Service & Professional Conduct

• Provide high level of customer service and care.
• Present the company in a professional manner at all business events.
• Encourage cross-selling with departments.

Risk & Compliance

• Monitor exposure to risk and compliance of respective valuation and advisory department.

People & Development

• Mentor junior team members.
• Pursue self-development and continuing personal development.

Qualifications & Experience

• University degree preferred in Real Estate Valuation.
• Minimum two years' experience working in a similar role.
• Knowledge of FRICS/MRICS.

Skills & Competencies

• Good communication skills.
• Good market knowledge.
• Financial modelling skills.
• Basic knowledge of Outlook, Excel, and CRM.
