Role Overview

BlackStone eIT is seeking a UX-UI Engineer to enhance its innovative team. The UX-UI Engineer will play a critical role in the design and implementation of user-focused interfaces and experiences.

Role Purpose

Create engaging and accessible digital products that meet user needs while delivering on business objectives. Your expertise will guide decisions on usability, aesthetics, and overall user experience. You will work closely with product management, developers, and other designers to transform ideas and concepts into stunning user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Prototyping

• Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, flow diagrams, and visual designs that clearly illustrate the intended functionality.

User Research & Analysis

• Conduct user research, testing, and analysis to gather insights that drive design improvements.
• Translate user needs and business requirements into user-friendly designs.

Collaboration & Implementation

• Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and oversee the implementation of designs.
• Partner with product management and other designers to align on vision and execution.

Professional Development

• Stay current with the latest design trends, technologies, and UX best practices.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in UX/UI design or a related field.
• Portfolio demonstrating your design skills and process required.

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design.
• Experience conducting user research and testing methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with teams.
