Role Purpose

Manage the acquisition of pre-owned vehicles to maintain optimal inventory levels, ensure stock quality standards, and achieve key performance indicators related to purchase volume, stock age, trade sales, and gross margin.

Key Responsibilities

Acquisition & Inventory Management

• Acquire pre-owned vehicles according to stock targets and daily inventory requirements.
• Monitor and achieve key performance indicators including purchase volume, stock age, trade sales, and gross margin targets.

Vehicle Assessment & Valuation

• Conduct technical vehicle appraisals and accurately assess repair and preparation costs.
• Support trade-in vehicle valuations and ensure all purchased vehicles meet company quality standards.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Collaborate with the automotive team to align inventory decisions with market trends and customer demand.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience in vehicle buying, appraisal, or automotive sales.
• Strong knowledge of pre-owned vehicle valuations and market pricing.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent negotiation and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to meet KPIs and work toward inventory and financial targets.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to conduct vehicle inspections.
