UI/UX Designer

Role Overview

UI/UX Designer at Star. This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Role Purpose

Design intuitive, user-centered digital experiences that align with brand vision and deliver measurable impact. Translate complex ideas into elegant and functional digital interfaces while balancing user needs with technical and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Visual Development

• Design user interfaces for web and mobile platforms that are visually appealing and highly usable.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Maintain consistency across products through the development and evolution of a design system.

User Research & Analysis

• Conduct user research, analyze behavior, and identify pain points to inform design improvements.

Collaboration & Communication

• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to deliver seamless user experiences and ensure that every design decision enhances usability and supports business goals.
• Communicate design ideas clearly and thrive in a collaborative environment.

Professional Development

• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in UI/UX design, or an exceptional portfolio for fresh graduates.
• Portfolio demonstrating previous UI/UX work (required).
• Strong understanding of UX principles, design thinking, and user research methodologies.

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Strong visual design skills and eye for detail.
• Deep understanding of user experience principles.
• Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset.
