UAEN Specialist Product Assurance (Graduate Trainee)

Role Overview

UAEN Specialist Product Assurance (Graduate Trainee) at Du, based in the United Arab Emirates. This role is part of the Future-X Graduate Trainee Program.

Role Purpose

The Graduate Trainee will support the Revenue Assurance function in monitoring product performance, identifying risks, and strengthening controls that protect revenue streams and business operations. This role combines data analytics, technology, business insight, and risk management to ensure accurate customer transactions and prevent revenue leaks.

Key Responsibilities

Product & Initiative Review

• Review new products, Go-to-Market (GTM) initiatives, Go-to-Execute (GTE) launches, rate plans, bundles, add-ons, and related offerings.

Risk Assessment & Control Design

• Conduct risk assessments and identify potential product vulnerabilities, misuse, or abuse scenarios.
• Evaluate the availability and adequacy of data feeds and monitoring controls for products and services.
• Support the design, implementation, and monitoring of controls to ensure effective product performance.

Performance Analysis & Reporting

• Perform ongoing analysis of product performance trends, variances, and control effectiveness.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, requiring strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial/Business, or a related discipline.
• 0 to 2 years of work experience.
• Valid UAE National holding a valid Family Book.

Additional Information

• As part of the selection process, shortlisted candidates will be required to complete an SHL Psychometric and Behavioral Assessment.
• Applications that do not meet the eligibility criteria (UAE National with valid Family Book and 0 to 2 years of work experience) will not be considered.
