Role Overview

Relationship Manager, Deposits & Employee Banking with the Retail Banking Group (RBG) Emirati Deposits Team at Mashreq. This position is open to UAE Nationals only.

Role Purpose

Onboard potential quality clients with a focus on liability products for the Emirati and Islamic segments in the assigned region, manage ongoing client relationships, and support service-related matters while expanding the bank's product portfolio across deposits, personal loans, cards, insurance, and other offerings.

Key Responsibilities

Client Onboarding & Product Sales

• Onboard potential quality clients with focus on liability products for Emirati and Islamic segments in the assigned region.
• Handle product offerings including Personal Loans, Cards, Insurance, and other products offered by the bank.
• Onboard Mashreq Gold profile clients.

Relationship Management

• Manage the relationship with assigned clients.
• Support clients in any service-related matters.
