Role Overview

Recovery Officer position with Mashreq, specializing in retail collections within the Emirati Segment of the Credit Management Group. This role is open to UAE Nationals only.

Role Purpose

Manage customer account recoveries and collections within the retail segment, focusing on accounts in the Emirati customer portfolio. Work within the Credit Management Group to achieve collection targets and recover outstanding debt.

Key Responsibilities

Collections & Recovery Management

• Monitor and pursue outstanding retail customer accounts assigned to the Emirati Segment.
• Execute collection activities according to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain regular contact with customers to negotiate payment arrangements.

Reporting Structure

• Direct Supervisor: Team Leader Recoveries
